Vermetid snails. Harmless but can irritate corals.

On the Duncan its bubble algae. Pull the frag out if possible, scrape the algae off and dip the plug in peroxide or apply it with a q-tip. The other I am not sure but if @bossman818 is correct you can crush them with small pliers make sure to get the base they will absolutely irritate corals.
