I have a two-month-old Apex unit and having numerous problems and I am working with them to resolve. I was originally connected to my WIFI and that's how the system was initially set up. Apex wanted me to download some files for review which they are doing now. However, It would not let me download the files on WIFI, I had to hard wire the unit directly to my router. NOW, the unit will not let me connect back to WIFI. HELP PLEASE.

Save yourself the pain and hardwire the Apex, they will never get it resolved and it will always flake out eventually. Check that wireless is Enabled - https://neptunesystems.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9442423240471-A3-Apex-Pro-Disable-Wi-Fi

If that doesn't work below will allow you reset up the wireless -
  • To put the Apex into Wi-Fi access mode, press and hold the reset button until the status LED changes to BLUE (about 6 seconds), then release the reset button.

Thanks for that info.
