Good morning
a friend of mine bought a few berserker mushrooms from tidal gardens awhile back and we did a trade. I am into SPS and thought it would be fun to get into a few nicer mushrooms to grow, sell and buy more SPS. I put them in a shroom box and slowly started raising the shroom box up in the tank to get more par. He told me not to do this but I thought it would be cool to cook them. I currently run radion g4 (AB+) 100% intensity supplemented with 4 blue plus T5. Now the shroom box is a few inches below the water line on the back of the tank with the T5s 8” above the water line. They have bubbled up a bunch now and look pretty good.
My question is for the fungi experts. Are these berserkers and this is why I’m asking. Quite a few people have told me they don’t look like berserkers. Some of the pictures people have posted are the SR berserkers. My buddy swears he bought them from tidal gardens (and I have no reason to not believe him) but can’t find the recipe. I would like to start selling a few but want to make sure I’ll selling berserkers. I know with SPS lineage is everything.
