Bleaching or growth tips? I picked up this montipora histura a couple weeks back, all green with the bright eyes, some areas going white, not sure if it's bleaching out or growing lol parameters have been stable
8.2 pH
Alk at 11-11.5dkh depending on time of day
Calcium 410ppm
Nitrate and phosphate like to bottom out so I dose that every couple days to keep it traceable

Yeah that's what I was thinking, do you reckon the white bits in the centre are where it's growing upwards?

It’s a bit hard to see from your pictures, but any growth would be looking whitish before it colors up. It’s a pretty piece.

Having trouble photographing it lol, need to get myself a proper lens for photography, using some sunglasses that look like they came off Johnny Depp in fear and loathing in lasvegas lol. Nice one cheers mate appreciate the reply, been worried about it it's a decent amount of growth. They're great, seen some big colony's of it online and they're awesome
