Done. Kept the “high end”, for me, in cabinets on main level. Now I have something to reach for when something goes sideways in the tank. :).

I am not much into bourbon let alone collecting it but I do have a couple bottles of the Spot whiskey you have on the shelf signed by the master distiller. I was on a business trip in Ireland then stayed with some family and friends there who later took me on a road trip. One stop was at the distillery that made the Spot line of whiskey.
Sort of funny story but I got a pretty bad reputation afterword at work because I had asked my co-workers to each bring a bottle home. During one meeting someone asked who was the guy that had everyone bring a bottle of whiskey home, he must be a drunk. Little did they know that there was a time that we couldn't get any of the Spots in the US so it is somewhat rare at the time. I just wanted to have a couple bottles on hand was all, no other reason.

Oh well. I'll be heading over later as I have a bottle of Red Spot that is also signed that I need to pick up. That is another one that wasn't made for a bit but now released to some degree.

Not a big fan of the Taylor or Eagle Rare… but we own enough Weller to fill an Olympic pool. Not an Irish whisky fan either, but do like Red Breast as an exception.

I like your style.

I don;t know how I'd amass a collection that big, I drink way too many manhattans.

Some decent stuff on the shelf. But you don’t even have stuff voted best of the best lol. Get some Westland Distillery on those shelves.

I keep all of mine close to my tank. 8 bulb ATI. No noticeable difference in taste or smell. Some of the bottles have been there open for over 2 years and still just as good as day 1.

How many gallons is that? I was curious and it seems most of the numbers come back at 660,000.

I bought a Red Spot when in Ireland this summer, same reason as above. I brought three bottles back, had one in my suitcase and one in each of my kids. . Half the price that it is here in Chicago too. Come to find out, I do prefer the Red Breast Irish whiskies in comparison.
And as for winners, I LOVE barrels products, generally, but drank all of them. :). Barrel Vantage or Seagrass, wow they are good to my palate. Always looking for new ones, so will look out for Westland distillery!
