I have some clear bubbles. Could that be some type of bubble algae? Or just bubbles?

If clear and small, I'd say BB sized or so, then they are probably just mucus-substance lined bubbles that sometimes form in reef aquariums. You can use a powerhead to blow water on them to get them to move, if they don't move they might be tiny bubble algae, but most of the time bubble algae is green, brown, or purple, even when very small.

I just completely replaced the rock, sterilized the tank with vinegar and FW and started over in my 14g, after green BA exploded in the tank. It was a lot of work but the upshot is my tank is clear of the stuff. Apparently my PO4 was high and the stuff was feeding off it. As for Mithrax crabs, yah, they'll eat it but that just puts spores into the tank as soon as they break the bubble, so it can spread even more. Certain species of Tangs will also munch on it. A solution is to remove the rock, pick off the bubbles and Hydrogen Peroxide every spot that had it. I decided that my best course of action was to completely replace the rock with base rock from my LFS. He swapped me # for # and didn't charge me for it. I got some cool sponges and some Ball 'Nems as hitchhikers to boot! It looks like you have a pretty heavy infestation. Deal with it now, cuz it will only get worse. Before and after pics attached.

Good info, but that’s not an option for me too many corals and running fallow until January. So I will try and siphon out..
