Bubble coral has took a nose dive and flesh has receeded. Lost flesh on the middle.

I originally thought it might be splitting but it's getting worse I'm afraid.

Parameters ALK WAS LOW AT 7.6 I HAVE DOSED IT BACK A LITTLE HIGHER

Phosphates are normally this range.

Currently dipping in iodine. It still has about 8 bubbles left

I have not changed lighting or flow

I had it in the shade for about 3 days and no changes

This is what it looked like a month ago.

The nitrates and phosphate are way up, the alk is down, this gives me the impression that the tank has been lacking maintenance lately. But I'm just guessing, there's really not much info here to go on. How old is the tank? How are other corals? How long youhad this coral?

Putting it in the shade will not help it, it needs light.

Yeah maintenance has been off an on. I hurt my foot few months ago and havent been able to get it done like I normally would

The phosphates are normally that high. I have dosed the alk back up to 9.2

I have had this coral for 7 months now. Other coral are growing and splitting it just seems to be the bubble

I did the iodine dip and the bubbles look fuller than they have been.

Tank is 13 Months
