I know the Ruby get big but will the get on ok?
Tank is 200G

The 6 line and Leopard are fine.
Also have 4 Tangs and clowns etc....

The Ruby is about 1.5 inches now.

How are they on the aggression front?
This is a picture of one.....

With the size of tank it should work out okay however with the six line, he may turn on the ruby head. We don’t call them ‘666’ Wrasses for no reason…
There shouldn’t be an issue between the leopard and the ruby head and if you have the rockwork that supports many hiding spots for the six line it should also work.

So I would take the risk considering it’s a large tank and the rockwork is likely to be alright. Just be cautious and keep an eye out on the six line. If you see a dead body then if you want to try again with this or any species of wrasse you’ll likely need to rehome the sixline.

I had all 3 of those at once without problems until the rubyhead went carpet surfing. However I will say I added the ruby first, 6 line, then leopard.

If you're willing to take the risk, I'd definitely go the acclimation box route. Saves you from a potentially dead fish, especially if the LFS would take it back or you think you could sell on if there was an issue. Personally I'd never keep a 6 line with other wrasses, but my experience was years ago in a 30 gallon bio cube (beginner's mistake there!) so you might be able to get away with it in your much larger tank. Hope it works out, whatever you choose!
