Hello Everyone.

Question: Can I Reuse and Transform or re-enforce my 100L Turtle Tank to make it safe to be filled up ?

I intend to remove all the old silicone seals and Re-seal with a good aquarium silicone , but is it enough to withstand the water pressure?
Dimensions: 104x40x30 cm / The Glass Thickness is 5 mm .

Im sure you could.

Turtles are semi aquatic and the tank is made to hold water.

Just make sure to deep clean it.

Are you 100% sure this tank was meant to hold water? Reptile tanks are usually thinner glass.

OP would have to double check on the thickness but as reptile keeper for 12 years now. reptile tanks are usually thinner however he stated it was 5mm and standard 10 gallon aquariums are about 5mm thick.

This tank is roughly 25 gallons

He might be safer to leave the bracing on if the pic included is the one he owns
