I'm not sure why but every other coral in my tank is growing really well but my candy cane coral has shown no signs of growth..

I have perfect readings my Duncan and birdsnest have grown like crazy and I switched salts to Red Sea Coral Pro. And yet my Candy Cane is as pictured below...

Man that's pretty depressing. Mines from February and I was hoping to see at least one head pop out by now. But my Duncan already popped 7 new heads.

I feed mine brine shrimp and roids several times a week and it seems to really fuel the growth.. it was one of the first corals in my most resent tank, started with a 3 head frag and grew to 40 in two and a half years.. I have cut 8 heads off of it this year alone.

Feed them directly when the food catching polyps are out. When mine where just 3 heads I did this every other day with pellets, and growth took off.

They dont grow new heads. The head will split into two. And it will just keep splitting. I have had mine for a year and it was slow at first now they are really taking off. First pic is when i got him second is today.
