Hi reefers,

In preparation for my Reefer 625, I added a coral quarantine tank. Algae has started to grow on the rock and I would love to throw something in there to help clean it up.
What invertebrates are recommended to help keep the quarantine tank clean? While the tank will also be used to quarantine invertebrates, I think a permanent presence of some crabs or snails might be helpful here? Just not sure what would be the best first addition. It's a 20 gallon tank.

Thanks a bunch!
Matthias

I had snails in mine. No real need for hermits unless your feeding. Black mollys are nice to have because if there is ICK in the tank they will show it quick.
Black mollys are brackish fish typically kept in fresh water in the stores. You can convert them to Salt water in about a week in a bucket with an air stone, light and heater. Also Black mollys are dirt cheap to buy.
