Clownfish has stayed at top of tank for 3 days, and have not once went down

they are bought 3 days ago, the small has just now started to eat for the first time and it looks like they are heavy breathing kinda? They have not been inside the rocks

To me that sounds like a lack of oxygen. Do you have anything putting oxygen into the tank? Put an air stone in one of the corners if you don’t.
Do you have a Sump or any water movement?

@vetteguy53081 may help more with this situation as I’ve never been in it.

I have one that spends all day doing laps around the top of the tank. I call him speedy. They don’t typically go into rock work, and can swim in random spots and odd ways.

The not eating and heavy breathing are things that concern me, not the swimming in the video. And it looks the the power heads and return pumps are off In the video?
