Saltwater newbie here. I have 2 clowns and a Blenny that have been in QT together for two weeks. I dosed Prazipro 2 days ago. The last few days I noticed that my smaller clown has a tear in his dorsal fin and it looks white. He seems to be acting normal (eating normal, swimming around, doesn't appear stressed) The other clown and Starry Blenny don't show any issues.

Is it some type of infection, parasite, disease, or cut that hasn't healed? Any thoughts as to what it is and what I should do? I was already planning to treat with Cupramine (prophylactically) after they complete 5 days of Prazipro.

Attached are 2 pictures that show the issue. One I cropped and enlarged to make it easy to see.

looks like an injury of some sort that may have a minor infection. Feeding vitamins like selcon or vitachem in a high quality food will help him fight it off on his own. Are you treating them with any meds currently?

Thank you! I will get some Selcon and hopefully that will give him a boost to help fight it off. No meds currently other than Prazipro (if that is considered a med).
