How long has the tank been setup? What test kits are you using?

When you say everything is on point what are your parameters? We will need a little more info.

I did look and I see you are running a red Sea 250 and you started the cycle on October 19?

Do you have any pictures of the fish? Could be a plethora of things from parameter to pathogens to physical trauma.

No obvious signs jump out at the look of the body. Could have been internal, stress, parasitic, hard to say. Keep an eye on the other fish. I worry the chromis brought something in since the WW would be captive bred and should be disease free if not mixed with wild species.

The chromi is captive bred from what I was told all the other fish seem fine is there anything I can add or do to the other fish as a precaution?
