Hi everyone. I have a reef octopus Diablo 200 skimmer and the sicce psk1000 has kicked the bucket. Do I need to replace it with the sicce pump or can I use something different. Perhaps a dc pump? I get confused between return pumps and skimmer pumps.

Since the diablo 200 has an external pump you can swap it for something else. I would submit a claim through the CoralVue website. They can direct you to what Varios-S pump model will work best and they can even include the proper union half to make sure that the new pump swaps right out for the Sicce.
