How do you all keep your glass clean and sand bed clean for a longer period of time? I’d like to go at least a week before having film on the glass… What do yall think?

There are a lot of reefers here who give the glass a quick clean once every day. What are your nutrient levels, do you experience a lot of algae growth in the tank?
Your tank looks good for what I can see in the picture so I'm not sure I would change things at all, just swipe the glass real quick maybe every-other day to stay ahead of it. Otherwise you can look to reduce nutrient levels or light period but again I would prob leave well enough alone.
Happy reefing, keep up the nice tank!

I have three tanks that all should have the glass cleaned daily. I usually do it every 2 or 3 days. I've found the longer I wait the better the tank looks when I'm done :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: . I've never been able to keep sand looking good so I'm all barebottom.

I've always had one spot in the sandbed that would stay dirty but I added a conch a few months ago and a goby last week and the sandbed looks great!
Now I'm just dealing with all the dust the goby sends up the little bugger! LOL

Yes I clean glass every day or two. Stir sand at least once a week during WC. This is typical reef maintenance. Long photo periods and availability of inorganic nutrients will produce algae.

Hard to see under blues but tank looks good. How old is it? If newer it could explain why. No3 and po4 levels?

if you light up a box of water you will get algae and it will happen quickly under the relatively bright lighting typical of reef tanks (as compared to fw or fish only tanks).
