Green lettuce like slugs / worm. Good or bad? Bit of red in them too

They move super slow, all seem to be gathering on this one rock? On the bottom of the tank near the substrate.... thanks for the reply’s I will keep my eyes on them.

Does look like Elysia lettuce nudi. If so, they’re fine, though typically not long lived in a reef tank.
