Help Needed with Flower Pot Coral!

Just noticed these brown rings on my flower pot coral. Anyone know what it is and should I be worried?

Looks like it’s losing/lacking zooxanthellae which is its energy source
likely causes:
high light and/or water flow
Hungry

theses corals prefer moderate light and low to moderate water flow. They need amino acids and dry powdered plankton type foids

phosphate below .05
Nitrate below 15
