Ich after 11 days in copper ?

Hello , new to reefing. Need help. Im currently QTing 7 fish for 13 days and after 11 days in Copper Power 2.35PPM (measured with hanna checker) 3 white spots appeared on the side of blue tang and one on its forehead. Is this ich ? is it possible after 11 days ? My plan was after 14 days in copper to put them in a clean tank with prazinquantel or clean water and make 2 more concentrated 6hours prazi baths.
This messed my schedule. Do i need to wait untill spot will disappear and reset 14 days schedule in copper ? Or what should i do . Don't want to keep them in copper more then is necessary.

This is mucus cones likely from skin irritation and mixed with ich and rarely spreads to others. Assure coppersafe levels are at 2.25 monitored with a reliable copper test kit. Coppersafe takes a couple of days to start working and has to be above 2.0.

Probably just mucus plugs, but you really should run copper for 30 days.
