Lighting recommendations for aqua one 120L (32gal) tank?

Hi all!
I’m thinking of replacing the light on my reef tank as I just don’t feel it’s strong enough for my corals and nems. Just considering my options!

It’s a 120l (32gal) tank- the aqua one marine tank- but I don’t know what wattage or brand to go for for a tank this size, I don’t want to get one too strong or too weak so any advice is appreciated!

what light do you have now? what corals are you keeping? what are the tank dimensions? This info will help us provide guidance.

I have a friend/family member check in & maintain my tank.

I have my LFS check in & maintain my tank.

My system is automated & can be left alone for periods of time without needing to be checked on.

My tank doesn't require much maintenance & I am able to leave it without worrying.

I don't feel comfortable leaving if for long, so I only travel for short periods of time.

I don't feel comfortable leaving my tank at all, so I try to avoid traveling.
