Little white "bugs" zooming around on glass

I have these guys zooming all over the glass and in the water. Can anyone identify please. Are they good or bad Zoom in on pic, I Finally got a pic of one

These are copepods and are live food source for fish and coral

Most of the “bugs” look like Copepods while the large one in the first picture looks like a Munnid isopod. Both are “pods,” will rapidly reproduce, serve as live food for larger organisms, and graze on algae and detritus to some extent. Also, Munnid isopods have straight backs while Amphipods have curved backs.
