Galaxea most likely.
galaxea for sureGalaxea most likely.
Or u could take it and put it in a spacious spotLooks like it, thanks! Yikes, google says very aggressive with crazy long sweepers. Glad I did not get it, as pretty as it was in person.
Galaxea can kill aiptasia, that really is a feat of strenght. They are beautiful monsters.
Best of fortunes on your coral hunts.

I do believe the sweepers are relative to size. If it’s not a gotta have piece I wouldn’t get it anyway. But frag size is fine to keep until it gets larger obviously.Would have quite liked to get it. Unfortunately only have a 29 gal- far too narrow and tall. Google says their sweepers can reach 10 inches, that's like half of the tank almost. never mind when the colony grows... Looked like it was a faster grower, with the crazy amount of what seems to be new polyps around the base.
I do dream of the day when a 100+ gal comes along.. "Galaxea? Np, I have room to toss it in somewhere in there!!"
I only have a 5 gallon right now so I definitely feel the painWould have quite liked to get it. Unfortunately only have a 29 gal- far too narrow and tall. A very beautiful choice. They are easy coral, but need kind neighbors. I hope you get much growth for your coral.just got a couple blastos..
I have a percula, red tux urchin, 2 nassarius, and 1 margarita livestock wise. I have a chalice, leptastrea, acan, branching frammer, torch, and some two Zoas I haven’t been able to get to fully open. Yea since mine is so small I had to put sand and quite a bit of rock to sustain it. But so far I’ve only had a cleaner shrimp die and it was because I was given water at 26ppm salinity and I didn’t check before putting in my tankYeah. 29 gal might seem a lot bigger. But that tank is so narrow and tall. No sump so there's huge pieces of live rock taking up quite a lot of space in there. Trying to avoid fast growing encrusters because there's no real way to isolate anything.
What do you have in your 5 gallon? I've got leptastrea, leptoseries(getting slightly worried as this one is starting to take off Fast), hammer, torch, bunch of acans, micromussas, just got a couple blastos..
