Mini neon green dots all over 1 rock? Please help ID

I noticed these for the first time last night. They are all over 1 rock in my tank. I cannot find them anywhere else. These are the best pictures I can get. They are very small.

It will help if you can re-post under white lights only, blue lights make it hard to see.

Unfortunately they are so small they can only be seen when they have the neon glow from the blue lights.

I will try again though.
