Mounting Radions to AI HMS Rails

Hey everyone. I'm getting back into the hobby after a little break. My previous set up I used AI Hydras and my current set up will be lit up with Gen 5 radions. I am still in possession of my HMS mounting rails . I was wondering if anyone ever retrofit the Ecotech lights to the AI rails. Here is a photo of the AI mounting bracket as you can see it's just shy of reaching the screw hole if positioned diagonally.

I have heard of doing this - however - the cost of rails is 'not much' - and you can probably get them on ebay. I would use something that matches the light you bought....
