Have you tried hard resetting the apex? Perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling the app might help if the reset doesn’t work.

Hard reset sounds scary, and I don't know how I'll have to look into that. I did uninstall/reinstall but no change.

Before doing that, I would open a support ticket with Neptune. It's likely a simple fix.

Cleaned. Got the fishment ready for my first frag session. Adhd had me bouncing all over the frigging house. But got basement and first floor cleaned. Tomorrow is second floor and prep for office tank reset planned for wednesday.
