Nowhere that I'm familiar with, is there a specific reason it has to be orange? Red, Blue, Black, and White are the only one's I can find.

Well I bought a Skimz UP34 sump which has a little bit of orange in it and I was going to buy a Skimz Skimmer. I also just preordered the Neptune COR15 return pump which is also orange so I figure I’d try and make everything match with plumbing and dosing lines

Usually I'm pretty good at tracking these kinds of things down but have yet to see Orange.... maybe go with regular RODI line and give it a nice coat of Orange krylon? I'll keep digging for now
