Just found on some gulf live rock I have had for over a month now

That is a Eunicid worm, which is the group shared by bobbit worms. A lot of species are detritovores, but they're hard to identify. The safest option is to remove. Some people will keep them for CUC and the novelty.

It's definitely a Eunicid species, but not necessarily a bobbit (in fact, I'd guess it's likely not a bobbit, as those tend to burrow in the sand) - there are a number of Eunice spp. and Leodice spp. that look like this (i.e. that look similar to the bobbit, Eunice aphroditois).

The handful of species that I've looked at that look like this are probably not ones that you'd want in the tank though.

I got it out. In the end I tossed that rock since that particular one came out of the gulf and was filled with a ton of holes for more to hide in. I also found a crab on it to get rid of. The crab goes back in the gulf since I live near the beach.
