What everyone's input on my plumbing before I glue it up plase don't beat me up on it just help me threw it. I know some run check values on drain lines I have never had a tank with them and not sure if I should add some.

So would the best option be run the uv to the right return and run the Maine return to the left side?Your UV plumbing is likely going to be an issue for you...
You have the second return running to a T at the out port of the UV and the other return feeding the UV. Unless there is an exact match on the flow, which is not what you are after, then you will get a back flow from the your tank return to the UV. If you are wanting to run the UV, you may want to remove the T and let each run separately. If you want to plumb the way you have it, you will need a T with a check valve to ensure no backflow. I personally would (and do) run them separately.
Also, I would avoid elbows in the drain lines... messes with the siphon.
Hope that helps...
I have plenty of room as it faces up, my tank is 63g display I have a VarioS-6 and for the Uv I am running a jebao pump maxes out a 900gphits a dc pumpThat's what I would do... Just make sure that the flow is metered through the UV appropriately based on the recommendations and that the other return pump has sufficient flow to manage the turnover you need in the tank.
I have a 300g system and run a similar UV. COR15 is used to supply UV at a lower flow and a COR 20 for the main return.
BTW: You may want to double check the clearance to change your bulb... you have to completely pull the bulb out once a yr to replace it...
