So past two days one side of my black and white clownfish has some grey/white patches. It's not the first time I've seen them, I've seen them about a month ago when I transferred my two clowns to my upgrade tank. I thought it was the stress of catching and transferring him over plus my two clowns are still fighting for dominance. So my question is it flukes? Sting from frogspawn since they both sleep in it during the night? Nutrition related?
Both are feeding twice a day and show no flashing scrapping. Maybe a slight increase in breathing but there seems to be pods out at the moment and they're nibbling. Sorry for the long post

Hard to tell I think stings usually appear black on fish but a black fish? I’m not sure. The heavier breathing says it could be flukes, is there anyway you could catch him and do a FW dip? That would likely give you the answer.

Wouldn’t it better to mix the contents into a glass of say 3oz of RO water and once fully diluted split the water and dose 1.5 oz to avoid inconsistencies in the powder?

I agree with this. If at all possible, catch one of them and do a fresh water dip. That will make it obvious if they have flukes.
