Questionable Live Rock

I got this piece of live rock from a friend of a friend and it seems to be covered in random bits. I have it soaking in bio advanced (Bayer) complete insecticide. Just don’t know if it’s worth keeping. Weird clear jelly/fuzz looking stuff and lots of tiny tube things projecting or coiled up on it.

Jelly/fuzz looking stuff is probably some type of sponge. The tubes look like vermetids to me. Those are pest and you definitely would not want them in your tank.
