Reefcare 4 part program

Im having a brain fart calculating, the all for reef switch to the new 4 part program. If anyone use that redsea 4 part program, and can do the math for me ill appreciate it i dose now 53ml a day resulting in 2MG / 1CA and 0.28dkh. How much do i dose for 150G total water volume for the redsea program.
