I have a few captain jack paly that is taking over a rock. If I need to remove some heads while in the water column, will it pollute the water with toxins? Will it kill my other corals, inverts or fish?

Just wear gloves. Shouldn't hurt anything living in the tank but to be safe you can always run some carbon after you frag.

Keep the coral underwater while you transfer to a jug and wear gloves.
