Quanta helix. I’m really pleased overall with them. I don’t know what my par is but they are bombing light onto my back. Yesterday morning

I reviewed photo from the day before e when I thought it was happy and I overlooked the start of the issue. Exposed septa with tiny bit of jelly on it. This was not noticed. Then next day half the head closes and jelly

I have never been successful saving torch after this point. But I really like this and will try.

I did hydrogen peroxide cleaning. Removed jelly. Let soak 15 min

Then I did kfc dip - but modified
2x dosage of cipro and amoxycillin
Normal amount of chemiclean, revive, and lugols
8 hour soak no flow but basting very 30-45 min

5 min hydrogen peroxide dip.
Returned to tank in low flow zone

This is current pics I just took

Not sure what to do next. Leave to rest overnight or repeat full kfc process again

How often does everyone clean their sump? Like deep deep clean. Just did mine last night. Drain completely dry. Wet vac the gunk. Deep clean the pump, skimmer, etc.
