Well....all i see is been there done that it and don't have time blah blah. You could jist ride a stationary bike the whole time you've been on the sbb thread. Corals and biking bro....its the new thing!!! Bike that coralthon!!!!Yeah, been there. Done that. Done plenty of weight loss plans. Last one I did was 3 years ago and lost 60 lbs. Expected a baby, and boom back to what I was at.
Its also easy to say that, but between that and work.. I live like a trucker because im constantly on the road, and the overtime I log can be 16 hour emergency responses so you take in whatever calories you can to just keep going.
Also, I've always been a big guy, even from high school I was 240, athletic, but not small, not by a long shot. When you phrase it that way man, poorly worded.
However, yes, based on exercise science - yes thats the premise, but there is another part called Homeostatis, that everyones body seeks a certain weight that one's body see's as appropriate... (190, 240, 300, whatever have you) when someone loses weight, eventually, the body will plateau intentionally, and cause hunger signals to show, trying to increase the caloric intake someone takes, I believe its around 80 calories a day increase on average studies have shown. Eventually leading to that weight loss "Failure".
Can I make better life choices? Absolutely, but exercising, running 2 miles a day, riding 25 miles a day on a bike, and then weight lifting after, I still only clocked in at 255. Done it all, seen it all.
You mean like I do?Well....all i see is been there done that it and don't have time blah blah. You could jist ride a stationary bike the whole time you've been on the sbb thread. Corals and biking bro....its the new thing!!! Bike that coralthon!!!!
Yeah. I got it through insurance. Thank you!Are you currently taking it? I do know a shortcut if you ever need to get around insurance, just fyi.
Ahh i see.....a loophole man. That's just a stationary bike....not a stationary bike...haha. otherwise...it would be a first person view of the handlebarsYou mean like I do?

I hope it works for you. I think it very much could help you get where you want to be and then you just need to sustain that like you said - eating habits, exercise, etc. I do know walking is one of the BEST ways to lose weight and fast. Just walk, in place - around the block - wherever. Steps, steps, steps. I eat for ish but I walk a lot and it helps keep weight off.Yeah. I got it through insurance. Thank you!

Thanks. Yeah. I’m not riding as much as I used to (25 miles not even close. Probably 5) need to carve out me time but also isn’t easy with two young kids. Wife works in the city - doesn’t get home till 7. Ain’t doin much with a 1 1/2 year old.I hope it works for you.
