How long does a shed usually take for devil hand leathers?

Added one last Saturday, came out straight away and looked awesome. Next day closed up and started its shed (looks shiny in parts)

However, I'm noticing a brown fuzz developing over it. Assuming some sort of algea. Should I act sooner rather than later to help it out?

Have tried giving it a turkey baster but nothing really comes off at this stage

Devils hands are funny things, we have just moved 2 out of our reef tank into our large Eel tank, and its been about 11 days now and they have both been sulking, but finally coming out, dont sweat it
