My partner and I have what some would refer to as an issue and others as a dream.... Between us we have 11 aquariums up and running (This is what happens when you have "His and Hers" Hobbyists. He started freshwater, so naturally I had to start saltwater). I love all of the unique little ecosystems we have running, however, tanks scattered across our home have proven to be a pain when it comes to tank maintenance and home design (exposed tubing and chords everywhere).
Some of these issues were resolved with the addition of some industrial shelving to our closet (and thus, the shrimp shrine was born), but we still have various 10-20 gallon tanks scattered around. I would love to have a second shelving area set up for the tanks, but I would prefer to build something that was more aesthetically pleasing than the industrial shelving for a long-term solution.
Show me all of your shelving/tank stand builds that have helped you keep your tanks looking uniform and organized rather than a residential hazard. Also feel free to post your unique tank stands in general, as I have a 40 breeder we need to build a stand for as well!
