I recently set up a 10 gallon nano reef tank and have two skunk clown fish. The larger one is constantly picking on the smaller one. So the smaller one stays hidden under live rock. Is there anything I can do to minimize this aggression or is it possibly something that may work itself out overtime? Any advice would be appreciated

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Your two clowns aren't paired up. They may eventually pair up, but the larger one may kill the smaller one in the process. Is the smaller one getting any food? Are its fins getting ripped? If so, I would put a tank divider in there to isolate them from each other for a few weeks and try again.

The smaller one comes up to eat at feeding time. The smaller one’s fins appear to be fine. I haven’t seen the aggressive one try to bite the other. It mostly just aggressively chases the smaller one.
