Slimy stuff on my rocks

Got this slimy stuff growing all over my rocks, and now frags. Any idea what this could be ?

Does it blow off easy? Come off in clumps or like dust?

Haven't tried to see whether clumpy it not. Have to use a toothbrush.

Weird. Almost looks like sponge . Most of the other weird stuff like that would blow off or come off pretty easy , and be soft Slimey chunks

I can't really see anything from the picture.

When you say slimy, is it actually soft and slimy to the touch, or is that just a characterization of the visual appearance?

Are you dosing organic carbon (e.g., vodka, etc)?

I do dose with Vinegar in my ATO. Also, I tried to clean some of it and it seems more like dusty than clumpy.

It may then be bacteria spurred to grow by the dosing of the vinegar.
