I went through a period of what I believe was some type of bad bacteria that took out a good chunck of acros I had. Finally things turned around a couple of months ago and here are a few photos of were things are today.

What symptoms did you have that lead you to think it was bacterial infection/related?

Existing SPS that was in the tank was starting to STN. If i added a frag to the tank it would start to RTN within a day. I checked Alk, Calcium, Mag, nutrients, and they were all fine. I ran carbon and did weekly water changes but nothing made a difference. I checked for stray voltage and someone suggested maybe there was copper or another metal present in the tank I checked all the equipment and ran a poly filter to see if it would remove any metals if they were present but nothing changed. After doing all that I added a frag and within a couple of hours it looked like this.

At this point I hooked up the UV Sterilizer and that is when everything started to turn around for me. It may just be coincidence but as far as I can tell after I started the UV i was able to add new frags without issue and existing frags started to recover.
