Every few weeks to a month I start dealing with tissue loss on mainly my acroporas, but also my birdsnest. I checked my notes and this dates back to an order of acros I received about a year ago. Before this order I had some huge colonies and hadn't had this issue before. My corals suffer tissue loss in various areas. Sometimes a good chunk will die and other times it's just a small area. Most of my acros are still alive and continue to grow. Just not nearly as well.
I'm guessing it's a pest, but I can't find anything with my naked eye. Could be a fish, but I haven't seen any chomping going on.
220 mixed reef, 55 gal sump. Been up for years.
