I would wait a couple few days for everything to clear up... Are you using the same filtration or sump?

Yes. I am using all the water and all my Live rock and live sand. Will just be adding around 20 galllons of new water. But have used bacterial additive to help things along as well.

I recently moved the entire contents of a 56 gallon tank to a 30 breeder with no fish casualties. If its the same rock, water, and sand you could probably move them without waiting, but patience certainly won't hurt.
