Hello people's, Merry Christmas n Happy New Year! I have a 7month old mixed reef and need some names of high end acro's that will thrive in a lower light environment. PAR is 200 at its low point and ramp up peak is 300. I have a Walt Disney and a bonsai. I'm ordering cb creamsicle milli next week. Any suggestions from the experienced sps growers?

Honestly just about any Acro will do fine in those numbers. Some may get better colors at higher PAR, but they won't suffer at the levels you have. That being said 2 pieces that actually color up better in a little lower PAR are Vivids Confetti, and RR Starfire. Vivids Confetti will turn all hot pink at high PAR but shows beautiful gold polyps and blues aat lower PAR. RR Starfire can develop yellow tips at lower PAR but is all purple at high PAR

That's really good news! I've been looking at vivid confetti. I hope cb creamsicle milli will color up nice, cuz I'm ordering it monday. Now I'll be adding vivid confetti to the order. I hate ordering from cb pricing is so high just haven't found that milli anywhere else. Thanks again

PC Rainbow looks a lot better under lower light in my opinion. In low light it’s a true “rainbow” with reds, oranges, yellows, greens, whereas in high light it’s deep red. Miyagi tort also, all purple in highlight, but gets some nice greens and other colors in lower light. I think there are a lot of acros that actually shine in lower light, but most people just blast them with light

I second this. It is definitely one that looks better in lower PAR.

Appreciate it,That's very sound advice I'll be putting to the test. PC rainbow online pics look so drastically different. Definitely digging that rainbow splice, bidding on one now goes off tomorrow. I just cant bring myself to pay the $900 for a mouse turd sized frag, bids at 107 now

I hear Fox flame color better under lower par
Honestly I have not found this to be the case in my systems. I get much better color at 400-500 PAR on my FF's

This one is under about 450 PAR:
