What are these little red worms

I noticed that some red slim little worms are swarming the glass area cover with algae in my tank, what are they. Picture and video taken using a 60x mag jewlery magnifier, I dont have a microscope so that's best I can do.

It will be a long shot without a microscope, but they look like pseudokeronopsids - giant worm-like ciliate protozoans, about the length of a copepod. Creepy but harmless. I'll post a video tomorrow if I can. I'll have to crop it because its too big for the R2R server.

They definitely match your description! They are only spotted large scale on glass near sandbed that was not scraped and yeah I saw pods among them and they are about the same size except being much more skinny,
