What are these strange spots on my rock?

Not sure if it’s a coincidence that they’re all on one rock. They’re kinda spooky I was too scared to poke them. Maybe I can jab one later if nobody knows that they are. Idk if they’re creatures or growth

Will they hatch and grow in a reef tank? Seen plenty in my tank recently and only ID it after seeing your post.

How interesting! I added nerites about 3 weeks ago from ReefCleaners, and they are TINY. I need more snails, hope it works out for them.

Those are Nerite snail eggs, you might end up with a good amount more. you will also see them pop up in other areas as well!
