I forget the scientific name for it, but some people refer to them as "spaghetti worms." They eat leftover food and help keep the rocks and sand clean. Definitely a good guy. GL.
The two palps sticking out of the tube there are either Spionid Worms or Chaetopterid worms - both are harmless in small numbers but can cause minor problems in large numbers (unless they're Coral-boring Spionid Worms, which can cause major issues in a reef tank).
