Yellow Water

Hello, after having done a water change for Brown Jelly treatment with chemiclean, ciprofloxacin and amoxiciline, the water star to turn yellow, so I wait a couple of days and water still yellow, so I diceded to do a 90% water change, next day the water was yellow again, water is RODI, phosphate 0.03. I don”t know if it a algae blomm or some king of dino or prganic waste . My filtration is reef mat, skimmer, media reactors, vecton titan UV and today I turn on a ATS.

If someone could help me what the heck this I will be very grateful.
