@Jay Hemdal will I need to remove my eel from the display tank for hypo? I’m assuming all snails and shrimp will need to be moved.
What species of eel? All invertebrates will need to be moved out first. Most eels are ok in hyposalinity, but may go off their food.

Hmmm, I’ve not run that species in hypo, so I’m not sure how it would react.
Not sure I want to risk it then. Would it be beneficial to take out the Achilles and put him in a treatment tank? I can set one up asap with Fritz turbo start and do hyposalinity there.

Treating just one fish in a tank with ich in it isn't going to work. Either the remaining fish will end up with a full blown infection, or they will just be "carriers" and then, when you move the achilles back, it will most likely get reinfected. Even the eel can be an issue in this regard.
