How do I join the El Paso Marine Club?

Hi. Recently started on this website and I would like to join the El Paso Marine Club; but, not sure if I can do that, or how to do that?! I would love to interact with local people who know the LPS and the best one(s) to purchase fish and coral in. Please let me know so I can join. Thanks! Glad to see you all!
