The CTARS PRIVATE members area is only accessible to people who are paid members of CTARS. If you are a paid member follow these steps to get your banner.
1, click on your avitar
2. Click on account details
3. Open menu and click on join user groups.
4. Click to join CTARS
A request will be sent to a moderator who will confirm payment of the annual dues and you will be given a banner.
