It looks it is in front of a wave maker, to much flow in it’s new placement? I keep my torches in moderate random flow and my frogspawn and hammers in slightly less. It still has a very healthy flesh band which is a good sign. What is the par at that spot, they should be in moderate par. Your magnesium is a little low but everything else seems to be doing well. You didn’t list your calcium. I’m leaning towards a flow or light problem and would recommend moving it to a different spot with moderate flow and light.

Make sure when you do water changes that your salt is completely dissolved. A few weeks back w made a rooky mistake and didn’t see undissolved salt in the bottom of my 5 gal bucket. I watched it fall onto some Candy Canes. They seriously hated life for the following week. They’ve recovered.
